It's easy to get very involved with the product development at Bomb Cosmetics. As soon as one seasons development is completed, it's time to start work on the next season and as we launch around 100 products per season, it can be quite a relentless task. Sometimes, we launch a completely new range such as the candles, and while we love them, we are always concerned how customers will react to them. Have we got it right, or are we miles off?

But on occasions, we get a letter sent to us that makes us realise that all of this hard work is appreciated, not only by our trade customers, but also the people who really matter - the consumers that use our products.

We received this email recently and we're very grateful to the person (who I won't name in this Blog) for taking the time out of his day to write to us. I've taken the liberty of copying it here onto our Blog site.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you do not mind but i just had to drop you an e-mail to tell you how impressed i am with your amazing candles,i use candles in my home always and have had many different brands from many different price ranges however i must say yours are at the top of my favourites list

To be honest i hadn't even heard of your company until a few months ago when a friend who had been visiting friends in England brought me two of your tinned candles back as a gift,knowing i was a huge candle fan and collector.

I found the fragrance,burn quality and aroma throw of the two candles to be second to none,your candles put Yankee candles and even others far more expensive to shame~i adored SEA OF TRANQUILLITY,it reminded me of a quality mens cologne and BLISSFUL REST filled not only my bedroom but my whole apartment with the most beautiful aroma.

I really wish that there were stockists of your candles near my home( i live in Ayrshire,Scotland ) Many of my friends loved your candles when they visited me so i know you would have many loyal customers were you to branch out in this area

I believe you now do glass jar candles? both chilli and chocolate and peppermint and chilli sound so unique and am sure will smell fabulous.
